DXN is the company founded by Datuk Dr. Lim Siow Jin, a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology. Dr. Lim started the business by researching the benefits of mushrooms for human health. His deep interest and constant effort led him to harness the full potential of Ganoderma, or Lingzhi, (known as "The King of Herbs") for use in health and wellness. Thus, DXN was born in 1993.
DXN's activities include the cultivation, manufacturing and marketing of health food supplements. Headquartered in Malaysia and operating globally, the company is known for the commercialization of Ganoderma. Product lines include nutritional supplements, food, beverages, personal care and skin care items, cosmetics, household products and water purification systems. Since its founding in 1993, DXN has been based on its multi-faceted concept of "One Dragon, One World, One Market, One Mind". On September 30, 2003, DXN Holdings Berhad was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and delisted on December 27, 2011 due to the repurchase of shares by its founder.

Datuk Dr. Lim Siow Jin

DXN was founded by Datuk Dr. Lim Siow Jin, a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology. Dr. Lim has always had a keen interest in mushrooms and their benefits to human health.
After more than 20 years of painstaking research and scientific analysis, Dr. Lim discovered the specific benefits of Ganoderma, or Lingzhi, and the positive effects on people's health. Upon learning the importance of Lingzhi's benefits, Dr. Lim began to spread his knowledge to friends and colleagues who shared the same interest in health.
Dr. Lim did not stop there, he believed that he should form a company to reach out to a larger number of people and help them learn about and reap the benefits of this wonderful mushroom. In 1993 Datuk Dr. Lim's dream came true when he founded DXN in Kedah, Malaysia.

DXN Plantation

DXN's Ganoderma farm is located in Jitra, Kedah, Malaysia, and is considered one of the largest farms in Southeast Asia. The farm is equipped with the most advanced cultivation technology to grow Ganoderma of the highest quality and a modern laboratory to further advance the growth and production of Ganoderma.
The DXN Farm and Factory are located in an area with a warm and humid climate, away from densely populated or polluted areas to provide the most suitable environment for Ganoderma growth. The farm has poor water (pH maintained between 7 and 7.8) and fresh air to ensure that Ganoderma growth is free of toxins. DXN has exclusively developed several advanced cultivation techniques to produce the best quality crops in less time. Ganoderma grown at DXN's farm takes only 3 months to harvest compared to other countries that require 6 months or even longer. These methods not only enhance DXN's ability to increase the production of high quality Ganoderma crops, but also meet the growing global demand for DXN products.
DXN Farm uses the Organic Cultivation Method with ALL natural materials, such as rice straw and sawdust, instead of traditional fertilizers, insecticides or hormones. This specialized cultivation method provides 200 kinds of primary and secondary elements, such as enzymes, coenzymes, amino acids, vitamins, carbohydrates and trace elements, to improve the quality, quantity, growth and pest resistance of the Ganoderma crop. DXN Farm also uses the Tissue Culture Method, which can reproduce one million pieces of Ganoderma from a single mother plant. From each mass culture, a tedious selection process is implemented to identify the best quality Ganoderma for DXN products. DXN Farm also uses the Suspension Array Method to ensure a high quality growth stage of the Ganoderma culture and to avoid invasion of unwanted materials into the Ganoderma.
DXN is considered the largest Ganoderma company in the world. The organic farming methods incorporated by DXN have avoided damage to the environment, thus becoming the first lingzhi farm in Malaysia to receive ISO 14001 certification and Organic Farming Certificate.
Although DXN's first farm and factory was established in Malaysia, through the expansion of its business worldwide, DXN went ahead and established factories in other countries around the world, such as factories in China, India, Indonesia and Mexico to help meet the huge growing demand from the domestic and overseas market.

Introduction to the marketing plan

01. Sales profit (15%)
This is the profit generated when a distributor sells products to a non-distributor at retail price. The difference between the distributor's price and the retail price is the sales profit.

02. Group Bonus (6% - 21%)
To be eligible for the Group Bonus, a monthly minimum of 100 personal PV is required.

03. Star Group Bonus
(25% - 37%)
To qualify for the Star Group Bonus, you must be SA and maintain 100 PPV and 300 PGPV (QSA).

04. Development Bonus (15%)

To qualify for the Development Bonus, you must be SA and maintain 100 PPV and 300 PGPV (QSA).

05. International Profit Sharing Bonus (2%)

To be eligible for this International Profit Sharing (IPS), you must be a Qualified Diamond Star (QSD).

06. Leadership Bonus (15%)
To qualify for the Leadership Bonus, you must be a Qualified Diamond Star (QSD).

07. Seminar Travel Incentive (TSI) (2%)
The Seminar Travel Incentive (TSI) arranged by the company is non-transferable, valid only for the qualified person, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
